The Dino Gym hosted the 2011 USAWA National Grip Championships on February 12th, 2011. Eight lifters took part in the competition.

On Saturday, January 15th, the Dino Gym hosted the first ever Old-Time Strongman Competition sanctioned by the USAWA. 18 athletes took part in this competition. I want to thank EVERYONE who showed up to compete, officiate, or help out!
